If you’re so excited to play Cyberpunk 2077 that you can’t wait for midnight, maybe you’re lucky. Suppose you’re using Xbox One, Xbox One X, Xbox One S, Xbox Series X, or Xbox Series S, you might play the game right now. You’ll need to adjust the time zone of your console – a pretty easy process if you know where to look.

In the dawn of the day, Cyberpunk 2077 started to launch for some users – in Tokyo, New Zealand, and so on. If you look at Manama, Minsk, Moroni, or Baghdad, you’re living in the future. There from the stage at which this article is to be written, it is already Thursday.

Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox One and Xbox Series X

The launch of Xbox and PlayStation Cyberpunk 2077 is midnight, local time. As such, you should go to Settings – Device – Language & Location, and change the time zone to the zone already reached at midnight on the 10th. If you change the position to New Zealand, you MUST be able to play Cyberpunk 2077.

The launch day for Cyberpunk 2077 is the end of the day from 9 December to 10 December. The different systems have different start times, and the Xbox is one that runs according to the time zone.

You’re going to need to pre-load the game of course, and you’re likely to go through another update before you get to play. But it is still – early! Don’t forget to turn your clock back to your actual place after you’ve arrived for real at midnight.

Cyberpunk 2077 on the PC early

If you’re on a PC, you’re still going to have to wait a little. The start time for Cyberpunk 2077 PC players is MIDNIGHT – the stage between December 9 and December 10. If you’re doing a fast search in Google for something like “what time it’s GMT” you’ll find the hour re: GMT.
