Taking screenshots on the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro is simple if you know what to do and which method is best for you. Yes, you can capture the screen of your iPhone in multiple ways. After you’ve set up these methods, taking a screenshot takes less than a second. Then, using Markup, you can add text, highlight a specific area, or crop the screenshot.
Users of iPhones running iOS 15 and older can take a screenshot, edit it with the Markup tools, and save or share it with others via apps. Apple’s latest version of iOS, however, includes the Copy and Delete feature, which allows you to take a screenshot and copy it to your clipboard. Use the volume buttons to takes a screenshot on iPhone 14
The traditional method of taking screenshots on iPhones with buttons works flawlessly on the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro models. All you have to do is press the side button and the volume up button simultaneously, and you’re done (via Apple). The iPhone immediately captures the content on the screen and displays it as a thumbnail that floats in the bottom left corner of the display for a few seconds. Tap on the thumbnail before it disappears to view the screenshot. If you want to use the Copy and Delete feature, tap Done after editing it and then select Copy and Delete from the options. You can now paste the screenshot into other apps without clogging them up.
There are two kinds of screenshots you can take on your iPhone. Normally, you take regular screenshots of the items on the screen at the time. You can, however, capture a full-page screenshot while browsing a website, reading your morning news update, or explaining a how-to. Take a screenshot, then tap on the thumbnail and choose Full-Page from the menu at the top. This will turn the regular screenshot into a long-form screenshot of the entire web page. You can swipe around to see everything while viewing, just like you would when visiting a web page.
Take screenshots with Assistive Touch or Back Tap
Another feature, Assistive Touch, allows you to take screenshots without pressing multiple buttons at the same time; it can be found in the Accessibility section of the Settings app. If you haven’t used it before, you’ll need to enable it (via Apple). When you enable Assistive Touch, a translucent white circular icon will appear over the top of other items on the screen.
Tap on “Customise Top Level Menu,” then choose any option, Screenshot from the list of tasks that appears, and Done. When you want to take a screenshot, simply tap on the white circular icon and select the screenshot option. The Assistive Touch menu can also help you lock your iPhone, open Control Center, and do other things.
You can take a screenshot by tapping twice or three times on the back of the iPhone 14 or iPhone 14 Pro. To do so, go to Settings, then Accessibility, and then Touch under “Physical and Motor.” Scroll down to the bottom and enable Back Tap. You’ll now have two options: Double Tap and Triple Tap. Choose a Screenshot from the list of tasks after selecting one of them. Assuming you’ve chosen Double Tap, tap your iPhone’s back button twice to take a screenshot. Isn’t that incredible? Ask Siri to take a screenshot for you
You can also ask Siri to take screenshots as an added bonus. Apple’s voice assistant is impressive. It can set alarms, take notes, and search the internet for you, but it cannot take screenshots. Simply say “Hey Siri,” then enter the command “Take a screenshot.” As soon as you say this, the animated Siri icon will vanish and your iPhone will take a screenshot on its own.
The iPhone full-page screenshot is then displayed as a thumbnail for a short time, but how do you find the images later? By default, all screenshots in Photos are saved as PNG images in the Screenshots album. You can change this by opening the thumbnail, tapping done, and then choosing Save to Files. Your iPhone will display a few locations, including any folders you’ve created. Furthermore, you can create a new folder and save related screenshots to it so that you can find them later.
How to edit the screenshots on your iPhone 14

You can edit the screenshot by adding a description, inserting a text box and typing over it, inserting your signature, magnifying a specific portion, and controlling the opacity. Once completed, you can send this screenshot to your contacts directly via Airdrop, Messages, Mail, social media apps, or even print it using a connected printer.
