“Microsoft’s Prometheus Model Takes Over Office 365: ChatGPT Expands Beyond Bing and Edge”
The buzz around Microsoft’s AI capabilities is heating up as rumors spread about the integration of ChatGPT, also known as the “Prometheus Model,” into more of the tech giant’s products. While some worry that the highly capable conversational AI may replace human jobs, Microsoft sees it as a tool for productivity enhancement.
Recently, Microsoft showcased the potential of its new AI model, highlighting features such as the ability to plan and send full itineraries, provide in-depth answers to complex questions, and even summarize financial reports. These capabilities are already available for testing in Edge and Bing, but the company is expected to expand the reach of ChatGPT to its Office 365 suite soon.

Outlook, one of the Office 365 products, has already tested ChatGPT for its ability to improve search results. The AI also has a “Compose” feature that suggests responses to emails, which is a more advanced version of Gmail’s predictive text. Microsoft may also be looking to integrate ChatGPT into Word and Excel, with the aim of teaching it to create graphs.
