The Beats Flex earbuds have a listening time of up to 12 hours on a single charge, which isn’t particularly impressive. The Apple W1 chip, which enables features like Audio Sharing with other Beats headphones or AirPods, is the earbuds’ unique selling point.
Whether you buy the Beats Flex online or in an Apple Store, the first thing you should do is make sure the earphones connect to your iPhone and work properly. Although the store staff can assist you, you should be familiar with the basics of turning on and configuring the Beats Flex earbuds. How to set up Beats Flex earbuds with your iPhone

How to troubleshoot the Beats Flex earbuds
If you are unable to connect the Beats Flex earbuds to your iPhone, keep both devices within 30 feet of each other and check the sound settings through the Bluetooth menu. If you’ve established a connection but your earbuds are still unable to communicate with your iPhone, open the Bluetooth menu, tap the information icon beside Beats Flex, and then tap Forget This Device. Re-establish the connection between the devices after that. Apple recommends that users check the volume on their earphones if they still do not appear to be working.
